The Personal Data Warehouse allows you to create Microsoft SQL Server reports from your Tables and Views.
You can access reports from the Reports page.
You can load an existing report by selecting it in the Select Report dropdown. The report can be displayed by clicking the Execute button.
After a report is created or selected, the following options are available:
.rdl
file, which can be opened in Microsoft Report Builder..rdl
report file that was exported from Microsoft Report Builder.
The Report Wizard dialog allows you to select an existing table or view. After selecting a table or view, click the Select button.
The New Report dialog will appear. Enter a name for the report and click the Submit button. You can then run the report by clicking the Execute button.
After a report is executed, it opens in the View Report dialog. The following options are available:
The AI Prompt dialog allows you to provide instructions to generate changes to the report. Select the "Auto-Fix" option in the dropdown to determine if the AI will validate the structure of the report it creates and take extra time to try to fix any problems it finds (this wil take longer).
The updates will appear in the report window after you click the Submit button.
Note: You must have an AI service configured in Settings to use this feature.

Note: To edit your report using data preview in Microsoft Report Builder, the Personal Data Warehouse must be running on the same computer as Microsoft Report Builder.
